Como litigante anticorrupci\u00f3n mexicana y cofundadora de la ONG TOJIL, obtuvo la primera sentencia que reconoce a una ONG como v\u00edctima de corrupci\u00f3n en un proceso penal\u2014permitiendo a la organizaci\u00f3n participar activamente como parte en procedimientos penales. Este caso pionero lleg\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y abri\u00f3 la puerta a litigios penales anticorrupci\u00f3n innovadores en toda Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n

En el sector p\u00fablico ha ocupado diversos cargos en la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, incluyendo Fiscal Federal Titular de la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n Inmediata de Asuntos Internos de la Visitadur\u00eda General. Tambi\u00e9n se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como asesora de la Oficina del Secretario Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad de M\u00e9xico y como consultora para la Embajada de los Estados Unidos y la Embajada del Reino Unido en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Actualmente se desempe\u00f1a como Vicepresidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Anticorrupci\u00f3n en el cap\u00edtulo M\u00e9xico de la International Chamber of Commerce. Fue Consejera de la Secci\u00f3n Nacional de peri\u00f3dico Reforma y se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como colaboradora semanal para el Financiero Bloomberg TV. En 2024, fue galardonada como como Mujer de Excelencia por el Foro Econ\u00f3mico de Mujeres en New York.<\/p>\n
